Rule
The pointer principle: a `see:` address, never the content itself; the owner is the enclosing Agent (isolation); pending promotions are measured by the Auditor (F-3, locked 2026-07-02). The optional `evidence:` field shows where a lesson was learned; a lesson with evidence can be argued for when it comes up for promotion, whereas a lesson without evidence is only a claim.
