Rule
The scorer is the auditor agent (isolated memory); the decision engine reads the GRAPH (F-10, locked 2026-07-02). The optional `date:` field says which day the evaluation was made; because a score goes stale over time, the day of the measurement carries as much information as the measurement itself.
