Rule
A Decision carries the decision itself, its rationale and its status; A DECISION WITHOUT A RATIONALE IS INVALID. THE VALIDITY MODEL is as follows: decision texts are history and are untouchable; a superseded decision is stamped `status: revised` together with a `successor:`, and a revision whose successor has not been written raises a warning; one-off finished matters take `status: archived`. The document face is rendered in two sections, in force and history. THE SUMMARY LAYER: the optional `summary:` field is a single paragraph readable by someone who does not know the context; the ledger face and the tooltip show the summary first, while the raw decision text is preserved byte for byte in the history. ADOPTION STATUS: the optional `adoption:` field is declared honestly as one of required, selfContained or deferred; a decision that is required, locked and tied to no plan raises the unimplemented-decision warning, because the binding is searched for in reverse along the `basedOn`, `applies` and `references` edges. The reason for deferring lives in the `deferralReason` field.
