Rule
The `scope:` field is a FREE selector and cannot be enumerated by a fixed value list: it accepts the wildcard `genel` (synonym `tümü`), a family name, a type name or a single CODE. A selector that fails to resolve raises the unknown-scope warning; on a structurally conditioned rule, a selector that matches no node at all raises the empty-scope warning.
