Rule
The `ayakizi:` field holds, as a list, the known configuration, scaffold and generated-file traces a technology leaves on disk. The auditor treats these paths as DECLARED off-backbone and resolves them RELATIVE to the directory the declaration lives in. This is an allowlist with its reason written down, not a blanket silencer. Command-line tools that leave traces on disk (pnpm · wrangler) are modelled as Tools, not as Technologies.
