Rule
The token-ROLE contract: a .sar file carries only the NAME/ROLE — the VALUE (hex/px) is NEVER written into .sar; it lives in the technology file (ThemeData/:root) and its location is read from the `file:` output-location declaration. The map+hex spelling (the old form) still goes through the invalid-color and low-contrast guards; the role-list spelling is the recommended one.
