Rule

The `season:` field is the binding a Block makes from its own file to the Phase in force, and it carries exactly one CODE; the load cycle normalizes that binding into a virtual `çağır` (call) edge. A binding is written in one place only: writing the same binding both here and in the Phase's `çağır` list raises the duplicate-season-record warning. The `unplanned:` field is the honest declaration of work for which no date has been committed; its value is the WHY text and it cannot be left empty, because an empty declaration is no declaration at all and the phase-less-block finding stands.
